Built by locals for locals
Laundry shouldn’t feel like a gamble. Louis and James grew up in Hampton Bays, and they built Laundry Haven to raise the standard for how a laundromat should look, feel, and run.
That means a space that stays clean and comfortable, modern machines that help you finish faster, and real flexibility for the way people live out here, locals year-round and seasonal visitors in the Hamptons.
We’re not trying to be the cheapest. We’re built to be the place you trust when you want laundry done right, whether you’re doing a quick self-service load, dropping off wash and fold, or scheduling pickup and delivery.

Two brothers built something real
We’re Louis and James, born and raised in Hampton Bays. We built Laundry Haven for the neighbors we grew up with, and the visitors who return here every season.
We didn’t open Laundry Haven to blend in. We opened it because most laundromats treat customers like a transaction, and it shows in the details. Machines that feel neglected, spaces that don’t feel comfortable, and no respect for how people actually want their laundry handled.
So we built a different kind of laundromat, one that feels clean and modern the moment you walk in, where you can knock out your wash efficiently or hand it off with clear instructions and real confidence.
Standards matter here. We keep the space consistently clean, we’re available when you have questions, and we treat preferences like fragrance-free, low heat, air-dry, and delicates care as normal, not “extra.”
